Celebrating Thanksgiving 2020: Steph and Ayesha Curry Share Heartwarming Family Portrait with Their Kids

For the very first time, the upcoming issue of Sweet July magazine will showcase Ayesha Curry, Stephen Curry, and their three adorable children in family photos perfect for the holiday season. These exclusive images will be shared with PEOPLE and on the Today show.
Ayesha Curry, a cookbook author and the creator of Sweet July magazine, 32, her husband, the Golden State Warriors player, 33, and their three kids – Canon W. Jack, 3, Ryan Carson, 6, and Riley Elizabeth, 9 – can be seen on the cover of the upcoming Food issue. The magazine, published by Meredith (the parent company of PEOPLE), will be available in stores starting October 22, filled with mouth-watering holiday-themed dishes.
In preparation for the festive season, the Food issue of Sweet July celebrates family, love, and of course, delicious food. Ayesha expresses that, “Food is a way of sharing stories and creating connections, which is beautifully showcased in the pages of this issue.”

In a recent conversation about the significance of the season for her this year, she shared, “The pandemic has really put things into perspective for me. Nothing is guaranteed to go according to plan, and that’s perfectly fine! Be kind to yourself and understanding towards others.”

“Considering everything that has happened this past year, it feels strange to even think about festivities,” she added. “However, I’ve come to realize, thanks to the pandemic, that celebrations are really about the effort and intention you put into them, nothing more.”

Ayesha has lovingly crafted her brand, Sweet July, as a tribute to her hometown of Oakland, California. The name holds special significance to her, as she got married in July and all three of her children were born in the same month. At the flagship store in Oakland, you can find a mix of her own products, alongside carefully selected items from Black-owned businesses and local artists. Additionally, you can shop for her products online.
In April 2020, the lifestyle guru launched a magazine under the Sweet July name, offering insights on food, family, female empowerment, and self-care, all from Curry’s unique perspective. Each issue features her personal recipes and kitchen tricks.
